1. Unrecoverable Fault Gta V

Following the release of the GTA 5 for PC, many players had to brace themselves with delays as there were installation issues that cropped up, and Rockstar has given a workaround for the issues that many players have been facing.

Unrecoverable fault please restart the game

so i am having some trouble launching GTA V normally now. I use the mod manager and now whenever i disable it and launch via the gta online button it gives me the unrecoverable fault error.

I'm not sure if this helps in anyway but i also recently had just fixed up my PC after getting a virus and did a system restore which restored it to a few hours earlier (last time i played gta v was on Tuesday). Then i did a scan through windows defender and malware bytes and removed the rest of the virus.

You might have noticed that GTAIV, in its current state, has a lot of issues.
So in this thread, I will attempt to list all of the known issues and solutions. Please feel free to suggest your own fixes for known issues.
