• Saturation Knob Plugin

The Saturation Knob has previously been available exclusively for Presonus Studio One and Pro Tools users, but today we make it available for users of other DAWs as well. For VST, AAX and Audio Units, Saturation Knob is part of the installer package, which includes all Softube plug-ins. No iLok is required for using the Saturation Knob. Saturation Knob adds modeled analog output distortion to any source - crunch up a drum bus, add sizzling harmonics to a synth bass, or gently warm a thin or weak vocal. You can use it as a plug-in effect, or even in our Modular synth environment.

Users of PreSonus Studio One and Pro Tools are already familiar with Softube’s Saturation Knob, their single-knob model of output distortion. It has been designed to fatten up basslines, add shimmer to vocals, or mangle drums. Other than the knob, the plug-in offers a switch to choose from high, neutral, or low-end focused distortions.
